How do I know what size of bike I should order?
Check the options listed on the bike you are interested in - we list the manufacturers recommendation beside the size option. If you are on a phone, you may need to flip it sideways to see.
Do I have to assemble the bike myself?
Depending on where you are based, for UK and Ireland, we fully build and PDI the bike before sending it out, you will need to straighten and tighten the handlebars and put on your pedals. Contact us if there are any accessories you’d like fitted. If you are outside UK / Ireland, due to shipping restricitions, we send it out in the original box, where the bike will require minimal assembly.

How do I find out the price of your products?
You can view the prices listed by each item. Items on special offer display a crossed-out RRP. The non erased price is our reduced price.
How long will delivery take?
For UK, Ireland, Europe and North America delivery usually takes 3-5 working days after the dispatch notification e-mail. In some instances this may take longer (for example, when an item is held at our remote warehouse, or when customs become involved)
Where does GoodBikeGear.com deliver?
GoodBikeGear delivers all over the UK, Europe and North America (Note: We do not ship Marin Bikes to North America). If you do not see your country listed please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a delivery for you.
How much does delivery cost?

Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
In most cases you will have to be at home to accept the delivery as many of the goods are large and you will be required to open your door to accept them and sign for delivery.
Can I pay the courier with cash?
No, you must pay on checkout with a credit or debit card; or via CycleScheme, CyclePlus or V12 Finance.
Do you charge for credit cards?
There is no additional charge for the use of a credit card compared to a debit card.
How do I know what type of card I have?
Look at your card carefully - it will usually say on it. Credit cards are usually MasterCard or Visa, debit cards (cards where the money is debited immediately from your current account) include Switch, Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron.
